5.6.2. Scenario Commands

Integrator commands

Table 5.10 Integrator commands

Type

Para meters

Integrator command

ADV(ADVANCED)

Maximum Step Size

Error Tolerance

Numerical Damping

INT/ADV, HMAX = 0.001, ERR = 0.005, NDA = 1.0

Note

You must define the Integrator command prior to the Simulation command.
During the Simulation, the user cannot change the integrator type.

Simulation commands

End Freq

Freq Step

SIM/FRA, SFREQ = 0, EFREQ = 1000, FSTEP = 100

Note

The Frequency response analysis must be defined once in a scenario analysis.

Equilibrium commands

Maximum Iteration

Tra. Move Limit

Rot. Move Limit

EQU/ ERR = 0.001, MAX = 100, TML = 20.0, RML = 10.0

Note

This command is static analysis option. The static solver type is defined in Static Analysis dialog.
The Tra. Move Limit and Rot. Move Limit commands are only applied in N-R static solver type.
You must define the Equilibrium command prior to the Static Analysis command.

EigenPara command

Max No. Mode

Including damping (Damped/Undamped)

EIGPARA/MAXMODE = 10, DAMP = TRUE

Note

This command is eigenvalue analysis option.
You must define the EigenParameter command prior to the EigenValue Analysis command.

Activate/Deactivate command

The Force, Contact, FFlex Body, and RFlex Body can be used as Activate entity in the Scenario command

Note

The professional force and contact are all available

Logarithmic Step

FRAPARA/MAXMODE=10, CYCL=30, DAMP=TRUE, LOGSTEP=FALSE

Note

This command is frequency response analysis option.
You must define the FRAParameter command prior to the Frequency Response Analysis command.
