42.2.2.1. Assembly

Assembly can be defined with the following steps.

  1. Define passing body and contact geometry of Bodies (Guides) or Point List. click here.

  2. Define clone and contact geometry to be used for assembly and execute assembly. click here.

  3. If desired, change the assembly bodies to rigid bodies or flexible bodies through the Change Assembly Bodies function (This can be executed through Convert function after assembly is completed). click here.

  4. After setting each contact geometry for the passing entity and assembly body and general body, define force and contact. click here.

  5. If desired, Define the contacts between the passing body and the assembly body (This can be executed through Convert function after assembly is completed). click here.

  6. If desired, Define the contacts between adjacent assembly bodies. click here.
