7.4.2. RFlex Body

The lists of rflex body includes rigid body’s result data and modal results. The plot data is defined the RFlex Body Reference Frame instead CM. For more information about output data of rigid body, refer to Body in Plot Database section.

  • Kinetic Energy: Sum of modal kinetic energy which includes rigid mode. For more information, refer to Kinetic Energy in RFlex Dynamics section.

  • Potential Energy: The Potential energy of the center marker with respect to the inertia reference frame.

  • Strain Energy: Sum of all strain energy of all mode. This value is as same as sum of StrainEnergy_P values.

  • ModalCoord_Q: The modal coordinate for each mode. The modal coordinate is defined as a coordinate representing the deformation of the RFlex Body.

  • ModalCoord_DQ: The modal velocity for each mode. The modal velocity is a time derivative of the modal coordinate.

  • ModalCoord_DDQ: The modal acceleration for each mode. The modal acceleration is a time derivative of the modal velocity.

  • StrainEnergy_P: Strain Energy for each mode. For more information, refer to Strain Energy in RFlex Dynamics section.

  • KineticEnergy_T: Kinetic Energy for each mode. For more information, refer to Kinetic Energy in RFlex Dynamics section.
