19.2.2.3. Gear Train

Gear Train is a combination of two or more engaged gears connecting driving and driven parts. If user creates gear train group, RecurDyn automatically creates two gear body composed of base and action gear. By default, external gear type is generated. However, it can be modified to internal gear type according to parameter setting in dialog.
