Figure 13.1 Component Meta Model example

Component Analysis generates a meta model efficiently for a given component. A component is defined as a Component Group, and it should be encapsulated by a displacement-force relation with other parts of the system.
Component Group is created from a FFlex body. Component Meta Model is made by DOE simulation using static analysis of the force according to the displacement at interface points of the FFlex body.
When DOE simulation is finished, cmm file for Component Group is created. cmm file contains information about Component Meta Model and it can be used by applying cmm file to Component Group.
By using the Component Meta Model to model the dynamics, the results can be obtained at a faster analysis speed than the model using the existing FFlex body.
